John Muir Awards ceremony for Peak Park Ranger volunteers

Students from the John Muir Award group were awarded certificates for volunteering with The Peak Park Ranger Volunteer Service. Through a superbly conducted presentation, the students showed the different activities they had taken part in throughout the year to a large audience of family and staff.

They have discovered and had adventures in wild places. They have taken responsibility for wild places by giving their enthusiasm and commitment to conservation activities. They have overcome personal challenge and learned ways to enjoy the outdoors without having an adverse impact on wildlife and the environment.
