Sports Presentation Evening 2025

We hosted our annual Sports Presentation Evening on Thursday 23rd October to celebrate the achievements of our extra-curricular sporting offer. Students were recognised for their performance in a range of sports, with awards including ‘Most Improved’ and ‘Player of the Year’.

The evening started with an introduction from our Head of PE, Mr Henshall, who thanked parents for their efforts in supporting our young people with sport and to the wider PE team in school who ensure we can offer the range of sports that we currently do. Students in year 10 were awarded 'Colours' for their outstanding commitment to sport over the past three years, something all of these individuals should be very proud of.

The evening culminated in our individual awards, where students past and present were celebrated for a range of different awards. One particular highlight was the ‘Team of the Year’ as their award was announced by Everton footballer, Seamus Coleman.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors for supporting the event: Street Crane, Swizzels Matlow Limited, NestlĂ© Waters, High Peak School Partnership, Whaley Bridge Junior Football Club, Rubicon Watch Company Limited, 24/7 Plumber and OptiConsulting.
